Centreville Trailer Parts (Annapolis)

Employee very helpful and knowledgeable they had everything I needed in stock to replace my boat trailer axle. Got me in and out with everything I needed and everything was right. Come straight to this location don’t waste your time at the prince Fredrick location the employee there isn’t very helpful and will tell you he don’t have what your looking for without him actually looking to see if he or any of the other locations have it. He told me he didn’t have an axle and told me to go to Dave trailer parts when he actually had the axle in stock and so did the Annapolis location, terrible customer support.

Great customer service, all the trailer parts you need, what they don't have, they will get for you. Lots of parts in stock

I received GREAT support from your team. My trailer needed brake rework and I needed help to figure out which parts I needed. Joey was patient with me trying to determine what equipment I had. He figured out what I needed and got me in touch with a local rep to get the parts. THIS is customer support at its finest. I will be going to you guys for all my future needs!

I was told it would be in the next Day now it Won’t be in for a few days . Don’t tell Customer one thing but do another. And the price was more than other places, but since I was told it could be in the next day, I was with it.
